Swami Nirmalananda has been writing monthly contemplation articles for 14 years.  About half of them were collected and published in her first book, "Yoga in Every Moment," available from Master Yoga Foundation.  A new book will be coming out soon with the more recent articles collected together.

All of these articles are here for you - click here to access over 150 articles for free!  The new ones are added to this archive after Master Yoga publishes them through SATYA, their teachers association, and has three months to distribute the article, and then it is added to this online collection for you.
