RUDRAKSHA MALAS
custom made in Ganeshpuri
All of our malas were designed by Swamiji and are blessed by her.

These bead necklaces are made of the seeds of the rudraksha tree, holy to Shiva, and are worn against your skin for a blessing throughout the day.

They are also used for mantra repetition, an ancient practice that was the precursor to the rosary.

Move one bead through your fingers (avoiding the use of your index finger) for each mantra you repeat.  You can use your thumb!  Turn the mala around and go the other way when you reach the dangling bead, called the Guru bead or the Meru bead.
